Adding a new staff member-
  1. Add email address of the staff member in Pragma
  2. An invitation will be sent to the person 
  3. Once they accept the invitation and create an account, they will be added to the staff list

Allocating access to Staff Members- 

If you hover over the key icon of a member, you can see the list of access you can set for the particular staff member.
