Abandoned Cart rules: 

• One default message is sent out in 24 hrs
  
  Which can be configured. For example: 1st message in 15 minutes with 0 discount, 2nd message in 3hrs with 5% discount and 3rd message in 12hrs with 10% discount. 

• Abandoned checkout discounts can be set according to the checkout value. 

For example: If >4000 it’s 10% discount, If <4000 it’s 5% discount, if <999 there’s no discount.
